There are lots of Accessible features at North Greenwich station including:
- Low-level ticket machines
- A gate to the right of the barriers for wheelchair access
- An induction loop
- Step-free access to all platforms - with lifts
- Step-free bus stops
- Accessible toilets
- Assistant dogs are welcome
Parking
Disabled Access is available for £21. We reccomend pre-booking parking. Click below to book online.
Drop off
There is an Accessible drop-off point for cars and coaches, clearly sign-posted, 150m from The O2's main entrance.
The Cable Car is completely step-free with wide aisle gates and lifts available at both terminals.
Cabins will slow down to allow easy access.
Just to note, only single battery-powered motorised wheelchairs, up to a width of 80cm, can travel.
There are always staff on hand at both terminals to help passengers when boarding and leaving the cabins. If you need more accessibility help, please call TFL 0343 222 1234.
The pier at North Greewich is step-free and wheelchair accessible. The crew onboard on the boars, and stff at the piers can offer help and assistance. There are accessible toilets on board the larger boats; and accept wheelchairs and electronic wheelchairs, and assistance dogs are welcome.
