Can I take photos of The O2?
If you want to take photos in outside areas or on public concourses you’ll need to get permission from our Media Centre. Email communications.team@theo2.co.uk.

Box office
Book in person
The O2 Box Office is open: Monday – Sunday: 12 pm to 7 pm
Tickets can also be purchased:

Booking fees are charged on all tickets, including if purchased in person
All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or upgrades will be available at the box office.
We accept the following methods of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
Please note we currently do not accept Cash payments
COLLECTING TICKETS
Tickets can be collected or printed only on the day of the event.
You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo identification to collect tickets.
No exceptions to this policy will be made and letters of authorisation are not accepted.
If you haven’t received your tickets 3 days prior the event, please contact your original point of purchase.
Arena
On event day with 6.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 3pm (for 6.30 pm doors or 2 hour prior doors) and will close at 9pm (or half an hour after the main act has started).
Indigo at The O2
On event day with 7.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 5pm (or 2 hour prior doors) and will close at 9pm.

Security
Staff
All security staff and contractors are vetted.
CCTV
Our CCTV footage is monitored and digitally recorded.
Safe Child Wristbands
Get a free Safe Child Wristband from any information desk. That means if you get separated, we can use the details on your child’s wristband to contact you.
Screening
Everyone entering the arena will need to clear our enhanced security checks. Visitors will be screened through our security arches and bags will be searched as usual. These security arches pose no threat to those with pacemakers or pregnant women. Please also note that no food or drink is allowed into the arena, with the exception of food for babies, for specific medical needs or religious reasons. For advice or to request food to be taken in please call our contact centre via customerservices@theo2.co.uk
Health and safety
We have a written health and safety policy, plans of action and risk assessments for everything we do. We make sure that all our staff and contractors get the right training.
Insurance cover
The O2 has public and products liability insurance up to £10m as part of AEG Europe. You can get a copy of the policy through customer services or your event organiser. Our portal number is C00108.
Risk assessments and hazards
Assessments are completed for all events and activities. There are daily inspections of public areas. This is to make sure that hazards are found and dealt with as soon as possible. Report anything you think may cause harm.
Emergency evacuation
If we need to evacuate The O2, you’ll hear an announcement. You’ll be directed along the safest routes to the main assembly point. Please don’t use lifts or escalators. Wheelchair evacuation in the arena is managed by trained staff.
First aid and medical
Trained first aiders are always available. We’ve got first aid rooms in or near all the venues. During events, a qualified team is contracted to take care of medical emergencies. If you have any medical needs or worries, call 020 8463 2000. Or email customerservices@theo2.co.uk before you get here.
Smoking
The O2 is a no smoking venue. The smoking area is just outside The O2’s main entrance. Remember, if you’re coming to an event at the arena, indigo or Building Six, you can’t leave and re-enter once you’ve gone through ticket checking. E-cigarettes can be used anywhere in The O2 except the performance spaces. Look out for the signs.
Hearing protection
Free ear plugs are available in all venues. Just ask. You can also borrow ear defenders in adult and child sizes. You’ll need to leave a form of ID with us that you can pick up when you bring the ear defenders back.
