Everything you need to know about C2C 2019
Country to Country; Europe's biggest country music festival, is back at The O2 for its seventh year from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 March 2019, with Keith Urban, Chris Stapleton and Lady Antebellum leading the epic weekend line up.
Joining the headliners are more of the biggest names in country music: Cam, Hunter Hayes, Ashley McBryde and Drake White & The Big Fire all return, while Brett Eldredge, Chase Rice, Dustin Lynch, Carly Pearce and Lyle Lovett make their C2C arena debuts.
If you’re the playlist-making type, here are some more names you’ll want to add…This year we’ll see Catherine McGrath, The Wandering Hearts, Abby Anderson, Caroline Jones, Fairground Saints, Jimmie Allen, Adam Hambrick, Michael Ray and Runaway June all play the Spotlight Stage.
Outside the arena you can find the BBC Radio 2 Stage in indigo at The O2, where you’ll catch more amazing acts, including Kent’s very own Sam Palladio – one for the Nashville fans! At the Big Entrance Stage you’re guaranteed to find one new favourite and pop-up line dancing is inevitable!
All Bar One is transformed into the CMW Hub, with performances, talks, quizzes and more, while The Loft will host the intimate C2C Sessions. You can also fill your time by catching exclusive cinema screenings in Cineworld or heading into ICON Outlet to catch performers as you browse.
Fancy a shop or need to re-fuel? The Town Square, hosted outside the main entrance, has a brilliantly lively atmosphere, with market stalls and stands, authentic food from the American South, cocktails and whiskey from Southern Comfort and Buffalo Trace, and craft beers from Signal Brewery. There’s also a stage in there, and artists will do signings and meet and greets after their shows.
If you can’t make it down, don’t worry, Bob Harris and BBC Radio 2 will broadcast live from C2C on Friday 8 March, as well as recording C2C Highlights programmes on all three dates, so you can catch up on any acts you miss.
