Up at The O2 Waiver Form

You're almost ready to climb Up at The O2. Before you start your ascent you will need to complete the waiver form below.

All adults in your group over the age of 18 will need to complete their own waiver form. Please share this link with the other members of your party before arrival.

If there are children in your group an adult must enter their details as part of their form. Please note one adult can submit up to five children.

Please note: Your emergency contact cannot be a member of your climb party.
