We hope you're excited about coming to The O2, we can't wait to see you. Please read below for all the information you need to know ahead of your visit.
By now you should have received a notification from our ticketing partner AXS with information on your AXS Mobile ID Tickets. You can access your tickets via The O2 venue app, where you can also make the most of our exclusive app offers and transfer tickets to the other members of your party.
If you already have the app, please make sure you've updated to the latest version. If you are an International customer please ensure your phone is set to UK time. Make sure you are opted into push notifcations to get updates on your show.
Tickets are usually uploaded closer to the event. If the show is less than a few days away, try these steps:
- Check your email address. Make sure you’re using the same email you bought the tickets with.
- Try deleting and re-installing the app – and double check you have the latest version
- Contact your ticket provider to check the tickets have been uploaded and there were no spelling mistakes in the email.
If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t see your tickets; or you don’t have a smartphone, please bring Photo ID (matching the name of the booking) and your order confirmation email to The O2 Box office for help 90 minutes before doors on the event day.
