Evening view of the entrance to The O2 in London, illuminated with blue lighting. The circular blue architectural feature frames the large white "The O₂" sign above the glass doors. People walk around the plaza in front, some carrying shopping bags, with the interior lights of shops and restaurants visible inside.
Booking Accessible Tickets
Accessible & General tickets

If you need both Accessible and General tickets, these will need to be booked separately. Simply follow the instructions within the purchase flow and click on the relevant ticket/seat type.

Personal Assistants

Don't forget to book your PA tickets alongside your accessible ticket. Simply add a PA ticket while booking (check the accessible tickets video for more help).

To book accessible tickets, including PA tickets, you'll need a Nimbus Access Card, whether you're booking online or through the accessible ticket booking line.

We are unable to offer refunds for a PA ticket once the event has taken place, or for tickets purchased outside of the accessible ticket portal.

For guests who require more than one PA or are looking to purchase more than 2 tickets, please contact our Accessible Booking team on 020 8463 3359, and our team will be happy to assist with booking the most appropriate tickets.
